Staying Firm

When I first started working out, I was discouraged because it seemed as if there were no changes. I wanted immediate results, because wasn't I putting in almost an hour a day working out? Sugar was out of my diet, and yet, nothing. Not even a pound came off.

I was frustrated and there was a point when I thought it wasn't going to happen. That all this extra weight? Would stay on me FOREVER.

When I first started my fitness regimen, I could barely do three girl pushups. Now, I can do ten REAL pushups. I'm stronger. I'm more toned and where there used to be flab are nicely developing muscles. To date, I've lost almost thirteen inches! I'm still fifteen pounds from my goal weight, but instead of concentrating on that... I'm studying my new developed calves and nicely firm buttocks.

That's right... I've got the firm buttocks!

If you are just starting out, don't get discouraged. It isn't easy... BELIEVE ME! HANG IN THERE. It's worth it.
